Terms of Service

Welcome to PilatesPlug. By creating an account or using the service at pilatesplug.app (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PilatesPlug provides a hosted, single-page profile builder for pilates professionals and small studios. The free tier provides a profile at pilatesplug.app/<username>. Premium plans add additional features such as custom domains, unlimited services, premium fonts, and full analytics history.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@pilatesplug.app of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harassing content;
• impersonate another person or business without authorization;
• distribute malware, run automated scrapers, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• reserve usernames in bulk or for resale;
• upload content you do not have the right to publish, including copyrighted images.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Reserved usernames may be reclaimed at any time.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, business information, services, links). By posting content you grant PilatesPlug a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

5. Premium subscriptions

Premium plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the free tier. Your data is preserved during downgrades — premium-only features simply stop rendering on your public page.

If a payment fails, your premium features remain active for a short grace period (about three days) while Stripe retries. If the payment still fails the account downgrades automatically.

6. Custom domains

Premium accounts may attach a custom domain. You are responsible for owning the domain and maintaining DNS records as instructed. SSL certificates are provisioned automatically through Cloudflare. We reserve the right to refuse or remove a custom domain that hosts prohibited content.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain inactive for an extended period. On termination, your public page is taken offline and your data is deleted after a short retention window.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PilatesPlug will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
